To all supporters of the annual "Boots' N Saddles" event,

As a member of The Phoenix Camelback Rotary Club, I am writing to invite you to be a part of our 16th annual "BOOTS' N SADDLES" fund-raising event, once again being held at the elite RITZ-CARLTON HOTEL, at 24th Street & Camelback, on Saturday, April 28, 2012, from 5:30pm to 10:30pm. The event tickets are $100.00 per ticket, and tables of 8 or 10 can be reserved.

Each year we have provided substantial funding for many local charities where children are in need of help, including primarily Phoenix' FOUNDATION for BURNS and TRAUMA and Rotary's GIFT OF LIFE.

We are continuing our focus on families needing assistance by repeating our support for St Vincent de Paul, St. Mary's Food Bank, Clarendon Schools and many other worthy charities and organizations.

Your financial support will be most appreciated by working with us as a sponsor, make a donation of an auction item, purchase a raffle ticket and finally attend the event that promises fun-for a cause. Begin the evening by taking part in an attitude-adjusting time while participating in the silent and live auctions. Then enjoy a "sit-down" dinner in the beautiful RITZ-CARLTON setting. Dress is western or casual, as you wish.
