Dear Friends and Sponsors…
We've been hearing a lot about change recently. Some things, however, are a constant - such as the need to take care of those less fortunate than us. How we go about supporting and funding this has to change to keep the process vitalized. This year in planning our annual "Boots' N Saddles" fundraising event, we introduce an "exciting change". The event will be hosted at The Ritz-Carlton located at 2401 E. Camelback Road. Friday April 23rd, 2010 starting at 5:30pm
Prior to enjoying your "served dinner", complete with wine and dessert, the silent auction will be taking place. Entertainment will grace the room while enjoying dinner. During the evening you will have the opportunity to be part of the action-filled live auction.
Last year, with your generous donation, we were able to provide more than $65,000 to Valley charities. A large contribution was given to the Foundation for Burns and Trauma, allowing children who are burn survivors to go to camp with their peers and support groups. We provided funds to Gift of Life Arizona, Inc., giving children who would likely die from their ailing heart condition, the opportunity to receive the appropriate surgery and treatments, necessary to save their lives.
So it is, we come to you and ask for your continued support of the Phoenix Camelback Rotary Club's 14th Annual "Boots' N Saddles" fundraising event. How can you provide support to the event you ask? Please consider the following: first, tell all your friends and circle the date on your calendar... second, look to supporting tis most worthwhile cause in terms of:
- Sponsorship
- Donation items for our auction
- Program Advertising
- Purchase of event & raffle tickets
